Join us for a beautiful 2 part – 2 hour Yoga workshop led by amazing instructor, Cidney. As we all mature, our ability to balance decreases. Whether it is stairs or on a walk, we can all benefit from restoring and building balance stability.
Your first hour will include building gentle heat to your body and subtle balancing postures to build strength.
